You have now have two different options when it comes to hosting packages: Our $50/year package and our $75/year package.

Our $50/year package includes: Up to 50mb of webspace, up to 10 e-mail forwarders (aliases), full FTP access, and full cPanel access.

Our $75/year includes: Up to 200mb of webspace, up to 15 e-mail addresses (access via POP or Webmail*), up to 30 e-mail forwarders (aliases), full FTP access, and full cPanel access.

All accounts include full FTP access, cPanel access, to configure passwords, domain info, e-mail, mailing lists, error documents, PHP, mySQL, domains, manage FTP, view stats, or backup your site.

Should you need more mb, or more E-mail addresses, than our plans allow, let us know, and we will be happy to work around your needs.

Additional information: All Ice Planet hosted websites are fully backed up on a Bi-monthly basis. This means that in the event of a catastrophic server failure, your website may be fully restored from the most recent backup point. In addition to this, you are free to back up your entire site at any time via cPanel. In the event of a minor server down period lasting more than 24 hours, you may be credited five days of hosting for each day of downtime. Ice Planet will not be held liable for loss of business income as a result of data loss or server downtime. If this is a concern, we recommend that you backup your site via cPanel, which you are free to do so as often as you wish.

About Webmail: *The webmail feature (via your option of Horde or Squirrelmail) is offered as-is. On occasion, these webmail programs are automatically upgraded to add new features and/or increase performance. Additionally, these programs may vary from browser to browser and computer to computer. In the event that you have webmail issues, we will be happy to help as best we can, but will not be held liable for any loss of business income or data as a result of using webmail. Use at your own discretion. In the event that you have problems with webmail, we recommend you use POP, or use forwarders (aliases) instead.
