Our Website Maintenance services provide you with an assist in keeping your website current and fully-functional, regardless of whether or not your website was created by Ice Planet.
If you are too busy, or just lack the technical knowledge for which to update the various aspects of your site, we will be happy to take care of that for you, from simple news text updates, to photo additions, to script updates.
Updates can be sent to us via E-mail, S-mail, or simply called in via telephone at any time.
If you just need quick, simple updates on a regular basis, we will typically keep a running tab of your hours and send you a bill only when the tab exceeds the 2 hour mark. (The reason being - simple updates usually only take a few minutes, and we're certainly not going to send you a bill everytime there is ten minutes of work!)
No matter how significant or miniscule the task, we will be happy to assist you in keeping your website current.
